There is courier service in Nepal which brings products from India (Amazon.in, flipkart, etc). I had ordered one item and paid in advance to the courier service. I waited for more than 3 months but they told that there was some kind of protest in India hence order was delayed. I was still waiting and finally I came to know that they have closed their service permanently. Now, neither I have my refund nor my product. All the forms of communications are blocked from their end (no phone, no viber etc). What can I do in such case?
